Sugar Land, TX – April 28, 2025 — PNR Ventures and ICO Commercial are proud to announce that we have officially broken ground on Citadel Office Park, a premier mixed-use office development located at 217 Promenade Way in the heart of Sugar Land's Telfair community. This new project is set to deliver approximately 40,000 SF of professional and medical office space across a 3.66-acre site, with Phase 1 units expected to be completed by mid-2025.

Turf and Soil Management sells and distributes equipment for the maintenance of golf courses. This is an expansion for the company based out of Alvarado, Texas.
